I work as a family physician, and have been in practice for 10 years, in both rural and urban settings. The fun of family medicine is that we get to see the huge breadth and diversity of medical presentations to our clinics and hospitals every day. This of course is also the difficulty of family medicine! 

There are never ending options for resources these days, but it can be hard and time consuming to sort through them on a regular basis.
