Peer Pay Collective is about recognizing the irreplaceable value of lived experience. We believe that genuine learning happens between peers, not just algorithms, and that shared knowledge strengthens both individuals and the collective as a whole.
It is not a secret that in the world of health services, there’s a long-standing expectation that professionals will give their time freely — volunteering evenings and weekends just to keep systems barely afloat. At Peer Pay Collective, we challenge that norm. Your time, knowledge, and the years you’ve invested in your expertise have real value, and within our community, we believe that value deserves recognition and fair compensation.

Once you have created a seller profile through our marketplace, you will now be able to upload a product.
Go to your product list and hit delete. Please note that Peer Pay Collective does not permanently store your resources or files. If you delete or remove a resource, you are responsible for the original file.
Pricing your resources is up to you! Consider the time, effort, skills and expertise that it took for you to create this resource for your colleagues.
Please do not list resources for a charge on Peer Pay Collective if you offer them for free in an alternate location.
We are very new and just starting to grow.
Basic Peer Pay Collective Seller Membership is without cost. Basic memberships allow you to buy and sell products. Any sales, 55% of the total sale price will go into your coffers.
Supporting Our growth Premium Membership Yearly non-refundable yearly fee of $ 50 CND
Payout rate: 80% on all sales.
The Peer Pay Collective is a passion project that we have been creating on our evenings and weekends. Optional membership fees and varying payout rate splits by memberships are reinvested into site maintenance (which apparently is a lot) and connecting people to the site.
You must setup your paypal account.
Premium Peer Pay Collective seller memberships are billed annually.
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at admin@peerpaycollective.com subjectline: CANCEL PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP.
Your membership will continue as a Premium Peer Seller until the end of your membership year. You can then become a Basic Peer Seller or close your account with PPC.

Once you are a member of Peer Pay Collective you can browse available resources.
There are several ways that you can search for resources.
The search function at the top right hand side of your screen hands down can be the quickest.

All payments with be processed through our marketplace. Add items to your cart and checkout with your credit card.
You should never be paying a Peer Seller directly and you should never be asked for additional payments outside of the clearly defined resource description.

No. Peer Pay Collective uses a secured third party vendor to process all billings. At no time does Peer Pay Collective have access to your credit card details.

A list of previously purchased resources are available in “in account” dashboard.
Please note that some resources, such as courses, may have time limited access. This will be specified clearly in the resource listing. If the time specified access has elapsed, you would need to repurchase the resource for ongoing access.
At Peer Pay Collective, all resources are provided electronically. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. As such, all resources sales are final and non refundable.
We understand that specific scenarios may arise, and we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.
Examples:
A resource file is damaged or missing content, and the Peer Seller is not able to update or fix their resource.
A resource is significantly misrepresented – descriptor, resource type, or supplied resource do not align
Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific resource.
First, determine what file type you’re having trouble printing. If it’s a ZIP file, you’ll need to uncompress the file first before you can print the components. ADD LINK HERe TO HOW TO OPEN A ZIP FILE.
If the file is a PDF, especially a PDF with a lot of graphics, it may look fine on your screen, but may not print out correctly. If you’re having trouble printing a PDF, please be sure that you’re opening the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Once this application is downloaded and installed to your computer:
If you’re prompted for a password while trying to open or print a PDF, first, make sure any ZIP files that it’s contained in are completely extracted.
This issue also happens when PDFs are opened in programs other than Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. To resolve the problem, you can open the PDF with the latest Adobe Reader instead, which can be downloaded for free here:

It’s important to note that you should open Adobe Reader first and then select the resource you wish to view from within Adobe Reader. To do this, open Adobe Reader and click File–> Open to select the resource from your computer. Just clicking on the PDF alone may still open the PDF in a default program.
